Ideal Minds Behavioral Services is an online Psychiatric/Mental Health Telemedicine Service. All patient appointments will be via Video Conferencing. Our focus is on Accesibility. We provide online Telemedicine appointments/support, without you having long commutes or need to take time off to leave work for a Doctor’s appointment.

Fees and Insurance:
Ideal minds currently accepts: Cigna, Aetna and United (Optum). Also- Please keep an eye out for the rest of the list as are obtained.
We work with patients who have no insurance or insurance that we don’t participate in through a cash pay agreement.
If you do not have insurance, you can pay either cash or check or credit card.
The following rates are for CASH PAY patients:
Full psychiatric evaluation: $300.00
Follow-up medication management: $175.00
*We do not accept refill requests from your pharmacy to minimize errors. We will make every effort to respond to your refill requests within 24 business hours.*Please do not have your pharmacy contact the office for any refill request.
*There will be a $15 charge for any partial prescription sent if you are overdue for a follow-up appointment.
